Pearls Pet Portrait Tips.
Tip #1 DON’T TRY TO POSE YOUR PET! Photos with animals which are posed often look unnatural.
Tip #2 Use some film already. The first photo is 1 exposure out of 36 only 3 or 4 of the 36 are good enough for printing. If you really want to make sure to get a good exposure. Bracket your exposures and shoot 1-3 rolls of film.
Tip #3 Use a medium to long lens. 100mm-300mm this gives your pet room to breathe. Use a tripod with any lens 100mm or longer if possible.
Tip #4 Just relax and enjoy the experience. Keep your camera loaded and watch your pet. Photo opportunities will happen just be ready for them. |
